Water, oats, vegetable extract from chicory roots, (also known as inulin, not to be confused with insulin), glycerine, non- hydrogenated vegetable oil, emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides from vegetable oils, stabiliser: carob bean gum, carrageenan, vanilla flavouring, butter flavouring (non dairy), colouring: annatto (vegetable colouring, sweetener: sucralose (derived from sugar 600 times sweeter but calorie free also known as Splenda)).

Slimming World: 3.5 syns (lowest rating of any ice cream like product ever!)

Diabetics: this product has not been tested for GI, as testing is still very expensive, but we would expect it to have a very low GI as all the ingredients were chosen specifically to meet these criteria. It was originally developed as a product suitable for diabetics but is not being marketed as one, with respect to views upheld by Diabetes UK.

For use in a diet for PKU sufferers: 150g (large portion) is equal to 1 exchange
